Royal Prince Alfred Hospital

Royal Prince Alfred Hospital is one of Australia’s premier tertiary referral hospitals and is recognised as a worldwide leader in healthcare excellence and innovation. RPA is part of a network of hospitals within the Sydney Local Health District. It is the principal teaching hospital of the University of Sydney.

Current clinical trials being undertaken include:

  1. Triton: The efficacy & safety of initial triple versus dual oral combination therapy in patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary arterial hypertension, a multicentre, double-blind, placebo controlled Phase 3b study
  2. Advance Outcome: A Phase 3, randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy & safety of ralinepag when added to pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) standard of care or PAH-specific background therapy in subjects with World Health Organisation (WHO) Group 1 PAH
